Straacom is led by Christopher J. Donnelly.  Chris has been involved with the Capital Markets for over 26 years, as an Attorney,  Rating Agency Analyst, Buy-Side Analyst and Investor, Trading Desk and Sell-Side Analyst, and Research Analyst.  

Over these years he has had extensive hands on experience with Mortgage Backed Securities, Asset Backed Securities, Asset Backed Commercial Paper, Structured Investment Vehicles, Collateralized Debt Obligations, and other Structured Products, including Structured Products issued out of Emerging Market countries. 

This experience includes all manner of legal and regulatory disclosure and financial and quantitative modeling.  It further includes an extensive track record of published commentary.

Mr. Donnelly has a Bachelor of Arts from Rutgers University, a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania and a Master of Laws in Taxation from New York University.  He is a Member of the Bar in California, New Jersey and New York.  In addition, he has a FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 and is a qualified FINRA securities dispute arbitrator.
